1. ❌ Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed, cancellation is not possible.
2. 🎨 Customized Products: Since our products are personalized/custom-made, cancellations and refunds are not allowed after confirmation.
3. 💰 Refund Policy:Refunds are only applicable in case of damaged or wrong product received.
4. You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with proper photos.
5. 🔄 Refund Process:Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
